About Our President

Beth Marano-Shimkevich:

Beth Marano-Shimkevich is an independent insurance agent with more than 23 years of experience helping families and businesses with their insurance and financial needs. A resident of Watertown for over 25 years, Beth is an active member of the business community, currently presiding as vice president of the Waterbury Association of Insurance Professionals. Beth holds a strong belief that an insurance advisor should be trustworthy and courteous, and should hold timely transactions while keeping all client information confidential.

Beth specializes in property and casualty insurance for individuals and businesses.

Community Activity:

Beth is a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of Watertown. She is active with the Watertown Association of Special Citizens, and also volunteers for both CT Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.

Beth’s greatest joy is raising her two boys, Jeffery and Nicholas. Beth has been married for 25 years to Raymond Shimkevich.
